At Sophia Jewelers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
